These terms cover anything you buy or download from this website, and the free discovery call. Please read them before you order.
Who I am
ES Performance Psychology is run by me, Eddy Sheeky, a Sport & Exercise Psychologist in Training. I am a sole trader. My business address is 41 Chapel Road, Sale, Manchester M33 7FD. You can reach me at eddy@esperformancepsychology.com or on 07463 831704.
What I sell
I sell digital products, and some of my resources are free. Each product page sets out what's included. The journal is a printable A5 PDF that opens in any free PDF reader. The workshop comes as a document with links to the recording, worksheet and journaling prompts, so you'll need an internet connection to open them.
Prices and paying
Prices show in pounds or euro, depending on where you are. The price on each product page is the full price, with nothing added for tax or delivery. I accept cards and Apple Pay through Wix Payments.
How to order
Add a product to your basket, enter your details, check your order and pay. You can correct any mistakes before you pay. You get a record of your order by email, and I keep a copy too. My terms are in English only.
How you get your product
After you order, you get a download link on screen and by email. The link lasts for 30 days, so please save your copy. If it runs out, email me and I'll send a new one.
Your right to cancel
You have 14 days to cancel an online purchase, counted from the day after you order. That includes digital products, but you lose the right once your download starts. Your download starts when you click the link. At checkout I'll ask you to agree that it can start straight away and that you lose your right to cancel once it does. If you order but haven't started the download, you can still cancel within those 14 days. To cancel, email me at eddy@esperformancepsychology.com in your own words or send me the form below. I'll refund you within 14 days of hearing from you, using the same payment method and at no cost to you. If you don't want to agree to that, please don't complete the order.
If something is wrong
If a file is faulty, won't open or isn't as described, email me and you can choose a replacement or a full refund. I'll put it right quickly and at no cost to you. This is in addition to your other legal rights. For example, if a file I supplied damages your device and I didn't take reasonable care, I must repair the damage or compensate you.
If you have a complaint
If you have a complaint about an order, email me and I'll reply within five working days.
Using what you buy
All content belongs to ES Performance Psychology. You can save your copy and print it for your own use. Please don't share or resell it. If you're a coach and want to use something with a team, ask me first.
What the resources are, and what they aren't
My resources are general mental skills education. They aren't tailored to you, and they aren't medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. They can't guarantee a result in sport. If you're struggling with your mental health, please speak to your GP. You can also call Samaritans free at any time on 116 123.
The free discovery call
The call is free, lasts 20 minutes, takes place on Zoom and comes with no obligation. If you can't make it, please let me know as soon as you can. Any paid work is agreed separately.
Responsibility
Nothing in these terms limits my liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Nothing in these terms limits your legal rights if a file is faulty, isn't as described or damages your device. Otherwise, I'm responsible for loss that was a foreseeable result of my breaking these terms or not taking reasonable care. I'm not responsible for loss that neither of us could have foreseen when you ordered.
The law that applies
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK or in Ireland, you keep the protections of the law where you live and can bring a claim in your local courts.
