Two free guided breathing meditations to help you train the skill of mindfulness and using the breath to be present.
The audios are sent via email as Zip Folders which you can then download and unzip to access both audios. Contained are two audios - a brief introductory meditation to help you engage with the practice and another longer version for extra practice! Depending on your expereince with meidtation, or your situation use whichever ones suit bests.
Listen in a place where you find best suits you, at home, in the changing room, on the pitch at training or before a game.
